VERSATEK 2-Component Protective Urethane is an industrial-grade coating designed for commercial, retail and high-traffic industrial concrete floors. With a high 43% solids content, this 2:1 mix ratio product offers exceptional durability and UV stability for both indoor and outdoor use. Its stain-resistant and color-tintable formula makes it ideal for decorative concrete applications. The urethane forms a glossy, protective barrier over properly prepared bare concrete and cement overlays. It is suitable for coating raw concrete and can also be applied over existing Spartan Epoxy systems. This coating will protect floors from wear and chemicals in commercial and industrial environments where durability and longevity are required.
