Usage:
1.Place items to be dried in the box, close the door tightly, shut the air return valve and open the vacuum valve. Connect the box's side air duct to the vacuum pump with a vacuum rubber tube, power on the pump and start vacuuming. When the vacuum gauge reaches the desired level, close the vacuum valve first, then turn off the pump (the box is now vacuum-sealed).
2.Connect power, turn on the power switch (indicator light on = normal). The instrument shows the working chamber temperature; adjust the controller to the set temperature. The chamber starts heating (controller's green light on = heating). After 60 minutes of constant temperature, the displayed temperature should match the set temperature.
3.Choose drying time based on items and temperature. If drying takes long and vacuum drops, re-vacuum (turn on pump first, then open vacuum valve) to restore.
4.After drying: turn off power first, open the air return valve to release vacuum, then open the door to take out items. (Rubber ring sticks to the glass door after vacuum; wait some time to open easily.)
5.In vacuum, control temperature ≥50℃. Below 50℃, inconsistency between standard thermometer reading and instrument display is normal, with no impact on temperature control or use above 50℃.
