وصف

The SuperScriptTM Plus Indirect cDNA Labeling System is a highly efficient method for generating fluorescently labeled cDNA, preferred by many scientists for expression analysis on DNA microarrays. It incorporates amine-modified nucleotides during reverse transcription using SuperScriptTM III Reverse Transcriptase, then chemically couples the cDNA with fluorescent succinimidyl esters. After purification, the fluorescently labeled cDNA is ready for hybridization to microarrays. This system uses 5–20 μg of total RNA or 0.4–2 μg of mRNA as starting material.
