Precautions

Resin bond
It has good elasticity and polishing effect. After forming a grinding tool, it still has good self-sharpening, is not easy to clog, requires less dressing, and has high grinding efficiency, low grinding temperature, and high grinding surface finish, so the application range is very wide. Combined with diamond abrasives to form resin bond diamond grinding tools, it is often used for semi-finishing and fine grinding of carbide workpieces, steel-based carbide workpieces, and some non-metallic materials; combined with resin bond to form resin bond cubic boron nitride grinding tools, it is mainly used for the sharpening of high-vanadium high-speed steel tools and semi-finishing and fine grinding of tool steel, mold steel, stainless steel and heat-resistant alloy workpieces. However, the resin binder has poor grip on abrasives and poor heat resistance, resulting in greater wear of the abrasive tool under high temperature grinding.
