Stable up to 129 degrees C in microwave heat. The Pap Pen is very effective for immunostaining procedures by the Peroxidase-Antiperoxidase (PAP) method, ABC method, B-SA method, immunofluorescence method, ASD method, Enzyme method and Frozen Section method.
