Compatible Models and Restrictions:
Core Compatibility: BMW 5 Series 2017-2023 G30/G31/G38 models, and only versions equipped with the M Sport bumper.
Explicit Exclusion: Models without the M Sport bumper are completely unsuitable.
Powertrain Compatibility: Covers mainstream powertrain versions such as 525i/530i/540i.
For the M550i, a separate exhaust tailpipe replacement is required (102mm diameter round tailpipe recommended).
Year Extension: For mid-cycle refresh models from 2017-2023 (such as the 2021 facelift),
the bumper structure remains unchanged and is compatible.
Tools List:
Essential Phillips screwdriver, 10mm socket wrench, electric drill (with 3mm drill bit), 3M double-sided tape (for securing),
and a plastic pry bar (for removing the original diffuser) is recommended.
Installation instructions not included. For proper fitment, rear bumper removal is highly recommended.
Professional installation strongly recommended.
Precautions:
Avoid washing the car within 24 hours after installation to ensure the 3M adhesive is fully cured.
Control the screw tightening torque to 5 N·m to avoid over-tightening and damaging the plastic parts.
Routine Maintenance:
Avoid the direct impact of a high-pressure water gun on the coating seams.
When cleaning snow from the chassis in winter, avoid scraping the diffuser surface with hard objects.
Check the tightness of the fixing screws every 6 months.
