The Supertech R10 Arius Helmet represents the pinnacle of Alpinestars helmet engineering, developed through more than a decade of intensive research, testing, and refinement. Created with a singular goal to elevate protection, performance, and rider confidence, the Supertech helmet family was born from a relentless pursuit of innovation for racers and sport riders worldwide. Extensive development of the Supertech R10 involved Alpinestars' Helmet Product Development Department working closely with MotoGP legend Andrea Dovizioso and elite MotoGP riders including Jorge Martin and Jack Miller. Every design decision focused on achieving exceptional protection while pushing aerodynamic efficiency, ventilation performance, and overall comfort to new levels. At the core of the Supertech R10 is an advanced multi layer composite shell construction that blends high density carbon, uni directional carbon, aramid, and fiberglass materials. This carefully engineered structure is designed to manage impact energy while maintaining an impressively lightweight profile. Inside the shell, an eight piece, multi density EPS liner system across four shell sizes provides optimized energy management and a more precise internal fit. Aerodynamic performance was refined through extensive CFD analysis and countless wind tunnel sessions to reduce drag and enhance stability at high speeds. Dual spoiler configurations, lateral winglets, and integrated turbulators work together to deliver consistent aerodynamic balance in aggressive riding positions. Eleven strategically positioned ventilation points promote continuous airflow to support comfort during demanding street rides and track sessions. Supplied with clear and dark visors, road and race winglets, and a protective helmet bag, the Supertech R10 Arius Helmet is purpose built for riders who demand uncompromising performance on both road and track.
