The turbocharger features high precision and operates at extremely high rotational speeds and temperatures, so it must be installed by experienced professional technicians. Before installation, please check whether the engine oil pressure meets the standard and whether there is any oil contamination or impurities in the air intake to ensure its normal and efficient operation.

The new turbocharger requires pre-lubrication before installation: Inject suitable engine oil into the oil inlet and slowly rotate the impeller shaft to immerse the bearings. This avoids wear, damage or abnormal noise caused by insufficient lubrication.
