NOTE:This is a 3-bolt cam (Gen III LS), if you have a single bolt cam (Gen IV LS), pls tell us, we can send you a 3-bolt cam gear（OE:12586481）for FREE. The performance of the 3-bolt cam will be more stable, and after using the 3-bolt conversion kit, the 3-bolt cam can be installed and used normally. Not compatible with Active Fuel Management (AFM)！ Custom computer tuning required！ ！ Will work with stock converter in some trucks, but recommended to install a 2800-3000 converter for best overall performance.
