The RACEORLY improved EA888 piston features an enhanced piston ring design.Completely solved oil consumption burn problem .
The first gas ring is made by a chrome ceramic coated galvanized steel, and the second one is made of ductile iron. This combination significantly improves sealing, reduces gas leakage, lowers the working temperature of piston rings, and decreases the risks of thermal deformation and fatigue.
The third oil ring is upgraded with a split design. The split piston ring has multiple advantages. It can cut friction loss, reduce the frictional force with the cylinder wall via proper contact pressure distribution, enhance mechanical efficiency and save fuel. It can strengthen sealing, adapt to the irregularity of the cylinder wall with its multi-ring structure, stabilize power output and contribute to environmental protection.
