Unlike simple blend door motors, this unit mounts to the Heater Water Valve to precisely meter hot water into the heater core.
The "No Heat Control" Fix:
If your A/C is blowing warm because the hot water won't shut off, or your heater is stuck on cold, the actuator gear has likely stripped. This OEM replacement restores the connection between your dash dial and the coolant valve.
