The RBDimmer.com 16A/24A Active Cooling Series is a premium DIY AC dimmer module designed for demanding automation projects. Featuring a large aluminum heatsink and smart temperature-controlled fan, this module delivers reliable performance for heaters, motors, pumps, and ventilation systems in both residential and industrial applications.
Four Versions to Match Your Requirements:
- 16A Standard – Mid-power dimming with intelligent thermal management. The integrated temperature sensor monitors TRIAC heat levels and automatically controls fan speed – running quietly at low loads and ramping up cooling when needed. Includes overheat protection alerts to prevent damage.
- 24A Standard – Higher power capacity with the same smart cooling system. Ideal for applications requiring extended operation at higher currents while maintaining efficient, noise-optimized cooling.
- 16A with Current Sensor – Adds high-precision current monitoring to the standard features. Track real-time power consumption, log energy usage over time, calculate electricity costs in your currency, and set current limits to prevent overloads. The rbpowerESP32 library on GitHub provides full access to energy data.

Intelligent Thermal Management
The onboard temperature sensor continuously monitors TRIAC thermal conditions and dynamically adjusts cooling fan speed.
