The pre-set position of upper shocks on your GM 2500HD/3500 restricts the front suspension's down travel. This issue can be resolved by installing the Kryptonite Shock Extension Kit, which lengthens your factory shocks to enable full down travel. Note: This kit is not compatible with 2024+ AT4X & ZR2 trucks featuring DSSV shocks.
