[Turbine Vibrator] The turbine vibrator allows for easy adjustment of vibration amplitude and frequency simply by adjusting the air pressure. [Working Principle] The eccentric copper counterweight is mounted on the gear. Pressurized air entering the air inlet strikes the gear, generating thrust that causes it to rotate. This rotation, in turn, creates vibration via the centrifugal force of the eccentric counterweight, which is reliably transmitted through the bearings for stable performance.
[Low noise] This vibrator features a low-noise design, achieving operating levels of just 60-75 dB through the use of specialty grease. This creates a safer and more comfortable work environment compared to conventional models.
