Instructions for Use:
1. Place the white silica gel into the groove of the gold (or silver) tooth.
2. Immerse the gold (or silver) tooth together with the silica gel in hot water at approximately 70-80°C for about 15-30 seconds to soften the silica gel. (Note: Do not use boiling water or extremely hot water, as this will ruin the silica gel and render it unusable.)
3. Put the gold (or silver) tooth into your mouth, and gently bite down on the alloy tooth with your upper and lower teeth. The softened silica gel will be pressed by the teeth, adjust its shape in the user's mouth to match the tooth contour, and play a role in fixing and shaping.
4. If the shaping effect is unsatisfactory, repeat the shaping process until you are satisfied.
5. After each use of the tooth cap, rinse it with clean water, dry it, and store it properly for future use.

Usage Recommendations:
1. When wearing the tooth cap for the first time, having an extra object in your mouth may feel uncomfortable—this is normal. You will get used to it after wearing it 2-3 times.
2. Please remove the tooth cap when eating.
3. Maintain good oral hygiene.
