Before I was ever Bee in my Bonnet, I was a Farm Girl. Both of my parents grew up on farms, as did their parents before them, which in turn makes me a Farmer's Daughter! As a farmer's daughter (and a farmer's granddaughter) I continue the rich tradition of hard work, resourcefulness, and love for the land. Our family farm in Herriman, Utah, was once part of my great-grandparents' orchard, and my father's parents tended 180 acres in nearby Bluffdale. My brothers and sisters and I were raised with a deep, true rural heritage. My childhood was spent in the sunshine, surrounded by family, learning the values of faith, perseverance, and creativity. Whether I was climbing trees, herding sheep, riding horses, or helping in the kitchen, every moment on the farm shaped who I am today. Sewing was a way of life. My mother taught me to stitch practical and beautiful things—aprons, potholders, dishtowels, and my grandmother taught me to make quilts! In true farmhouse spirit, we lived by the motto: “Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without.” Those lessons of practicality and beauty inspired Farmer's Daughter—a fabric collection that reflects my roots. I filled this collection with homespun charm. Farmer's Daughter brings the warmth of country life to your quilting projects. My collection blends classic florals, vintage-inspired prints, and cheerful colors that echo the simple joys of farm living. Whether you're stitching up cozy quilts, charming home décor, or handmade treasures, I hope these fabrics will remind you of a time when life was slower, sweeter, and stitched with love. I can't wait to see what you create with Farmer's Daughter!
