Pin Functions (Hardware Interface)
VCC (Pin 1): Power Input (2.7V–5.5V). Decouple with 10μF tantalum + 0.1μF ceramic capacitor (distance ≤3mm).
GND (Pins 4,9): System Ground. Use single-point grounding (PCB impedance ≤30mΩ).
IN+ (Pin 3): Current Sense Positive. Connect to power supply (high-side) or load negative (low-side). Wire length ≤10cm.
IN– (Pin 2): Current Sense Negative. Symmetrical routing with IN+ (spacing ≤1mm, capacitive load ≤50pF).
SDA/SCL (Pins 6–7): I²C Data/Clock. Add 4.7kΩ pull-up resistors; shield twisted pairs away from power lines.
ALERT (Pin 8): Alarm Output. Open-drain, max current 10mA. Use 10kΩ pull-up for enablement.
