Insert a piece of cardboard between the hook and loop panels to prevent synthetic fiber or shredded memory foam from sticking together during assembly. 4. Fill the pillow with a suitable amount of synthetic fiber or shredded memory foam. 5. Attach the pillow to the holster and adjust it to the desired position.
