Compared to the Heltec V3, it demonstrates superior low-power performance. Its six-layer PCB layout and optimized RF circuit design make it particularly well-suited and reliable for LoRa/LoRaWAN applications such as device tracking and remote monitoring systems. Furthermore, the T114 supports development via environments like Arduino and PlatformIO and is fully compatible with established open-source projects such as Meshtastic and MeshCore.
