The Canon PowerShot PICK is an intelligent compact camera designed to automatically capture candid photos and videos without requiring hands on operation. Using advanced facial and subject recognition, the camera analyzes its surroundings and dynamically pans tilts and zooms to follow people while recording natural moments as they unfold. This allows users to remain present in the experience rather than stopping to operate a camera. At its core is a twelve megapixel one over two point three inch CMOS sensor capable of capturing high quality still images and Full HD video at up to sixty frames per second. A built in three times optical zoom lens with a nineteen to fifty seven millimeter equivalent range provides flexible framing for both wide scenes and tighter compositions. Video is recorded in MP4 format with stereo sound and saved directly to a microSD memory card. Webcam functionality also allows the camera to be used for live streaming and virtual activities. The PowerShot PICK offers extensive movement with wide pan and tilt ranges that allow near full scene coverage and subject detection up to sixteen feet away. Voice commands enable hands free control, while the MiniPTZcam app provides remote access for adjusting settings reviewing media and creating highlight clips through wireless connectivity. Compact and lightweight, the camera weighs just six ounces and includes a built in rechargeable battery that provides up to five hours of operation. USB C charging a tally light and a quarter twenty mounting point complete a versatile and automated capture solution for everyday moments.
