Compatibility -The width of the Router Sled bracket channel is just over 6inches, Can be paired with the included wooden spacers to narrow the channelmaking it compatible with most routers. The base notch of the router sled for flattening slabs has a 2-inch wide channel that accommodates router bits with a diameter of less than 2.0 inches (When using a smaller base, ensure the drill bit to base radius is greater than 2 inches).
Easy Installation/Use -The Router Sled requires no complex assembly; simply attach the two side panels to the Router Sled bracket using the 4 M6 knobs and threaded rods.After assembly, just place the router on the bracket and begin using.
Smooth Cutting -The base of the router sled is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a friction coefficient of approximately 0.20, the Router Sled moves smoothly along your workbench (or track), and your router will glide effortlessly within the Router Sled bracket.
Sturdy and Anti-Bend - The long side edges of the Router Sled are made from 2 cm HDPE, offering excellent resistance to bending and pressure. It can withstand high loads in the 24-inch router sled without deformation, ensuring stability and long-term use. This sled provides a cost-effective alternative to expensive metal Router Sleds.
