Tips for pipetting:
Before pipetting, make sure the pipette, tip and liquid are at the same temperature;
Keep the tip tightly attached;
When aspirating, place the tip only a few millimeters into the liquid;
Before aspirating liquid, pre-rinse the tip by filling and emptying it 5 times.
This is especially important when dispensing liquids with a different viscosity and density than water;
Always control the button movement with your thumb to ensure consistency;
When pipetting at a temperature different from the ambient temperature, pre-rinse the tip several times before use;
Choose 30%-100% of the maximum capacity of the tip to achieve accurate pipetting, with 50% being the best recommendation;
Hold the pipette vertically when aspirating and hold the tip slightly against the wall of the container when dispensing;
