Instructions for use:
1. Clean the substrate surface to ensure it is flat, solid, and free of contaminants;
2. Stir the rubber coating solution thoroughly after opening the container to prevent sedimentation (Avoid vigorous stirring to prevent air bubbles)
3. Immerse the product in the coating solution or apply an even, thin coat using a brush to prevent sagging or uneven drying caused by excessive thickness;
4. Allow 1-2 hours for initial drying and curing; full cure requires 24 hours
5. For multiple coats, ensure each layer is completely dry before applying the next (typically 2-3 coats achieve ideal thickness)
6. Inspect coating integrity after drying. Touch up any bubbles or missed areas locally and re-dry.
Removal steps (peeling off the coating)
1. Make sure the coating is completely cured.
2. Use a plastic scraper or fingernail to gently pry up from the edge of the coating to find the separation point.
3. Slowly peel off the coating and try to keep the whole piece peeled off .
4. Clean the substrate to ensure there is no glue.
Things to note:
1. Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves and a mask.
2. Keep away from heat/open flame. Do not use on hot surfaces.
3.Hang to dry, avoid touching.
4. Store in a cool, dry place.
5. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately with water. Seek medical attention if discomfort persists.
