Then, peel off the red self-adhesive strip on the headband and affix the headband to the center of the Deluxe Shaper. 2) Insert the Deluxe Shaper into your graduation cap. 3) Stretch the excess fabric until it is taut, then press it firmly over the Deluxe Shaper adhesives. The adhesive strips provide a strong hold on the fabric but are not permanent, allowing for easy adjustments and removal.
