Following the scope and sequence of Guided Phonics + Beyond® Focus Lessons, the Word Mapping Center provides students a kinesthetic way to practice orthographic mapping, word work, sound-spelling relationships, and more. These centers are part of the Guided Phonics + Beyond® program, which follows Tara West's proprietary, research-based scope and sequence. Allows students to independently practice learned skills, collaborate with partners, or engage in group activities. Each set of center materials includes a complimentary 3-year license to the hand2mind eReader. Tara West has been involved in education for 15 years, serving as an early childhood educator, a curriculum writer, and a professional development speaker. Tara believes in the importance of creating instructional materials and resources that are fun and engaging to students and supporting the teachers who use her materials.
