Installation Step:
Step 1: Clean the Original Vehicle Component
Thoroughly clean the surface of the vehicle's original center console component. Remove all dust, grease, fingerprints, and residue to ensure the surface is completely clean and contamination-free
Step 2: Completely Dry the Surface
Wipe the surface with a clean cloth and ensure the original component surface is completely dry. Wait 3-5 minutes to allow natural air drying, avoiding any moisture or dampness residue. This is critical for optimal adhesion
Step 3: Heat the Product's Adhesive Backing
Use a hair dryer on low to medium heat (approximately 40-60°C/104-140°F) to evenly heat the adhesive backing of the product for about 30-60 seconds. Heating activates the adhesive properties, ensuring stronger bonding. Be careful not to overheat to avoid damaging the adhesive
Step 4: Precise Alignment and Firm Press
Carefully align the pre-heated product with the vehicle's original component position, ensuring all cutouts and edges match perfectly. After gently placing it, use your fingers to apply even pressure from the center outward, continuing to press firmly for 2-3 minutes. This ensures the product fully adheres to the original surface and eliminates all air bubbles
Once installed, do not randomly peel or remove the product, if the product does not fall off on its own. Forcibly tearing it will severely affect the adhesive's bonding strength, making reducing adhesion effectiveness. Avoid touching or cleaning the area for 24 hours after installation to allow the adhesive to fully cure for optimal bonding performance
