This folder helps to make the tape into a long tube which looks like a spaghetti. There is an accompanying hook that is used to turn the tube inside out so that the stitches are hidden inside the tube.
Thin soft material will be more suitable for this attachment, it is very hard to turn the tube inside out when use thick hard material like leather nonwovens.
