Special Features

  • A toggle switch is a type of electrical device that is actuated by moving a lever back and forth to open or close and electrical circuit. A maintain / sustain / Latch Locking Stays in the place set by the user. Changes position when actuated and will remain in that position until actuated again. This switch is a great replacement part.

  • 50 Amp only for 12-14 Volt DC. Just drill 1/2 inch or 12mm mounting hole and pop it in. Always make sure you are using a switch and wire sufficient enough to handle the power that you are carrying. In higher draw applications, a relay may be needed. Always use a fast blow fuse for your rated amperage. Use terminals of high quality and good enough grade to handle amperage in switch to avoid heat or damage.
  • This switch is SPDT, Single Pole Double Throw. A SPDT makes one of two connections. Terminal one is connected to one load or accessory, Terminal three is connected to another load or accessory. Terminal two is connected to power. The switch is always making one of the two connections and flips between them. As long as power is connected to the switch, one is always on. The single pole double throw switch is a three terminal switch. One for input and the other two are outputs.
