How to use control board
3044195, 3044196, 3062322, 3098693, 4913988 are used with the normally closed actuators of diesel generator sets in the United States. The method of replacement is as follows:
1. Ready to work:
Find out whether the actuator equipped with the unit is normally open or normally closed.
The easy way is to watch the unit's parking situation: the normally open type has a backlash and then stops; the normally closed type is a natural stop.
2. Stand-alone use:
The external trimming potentiometer is in the middle position.
Idle speed and running potentiometer: clockwise rotation is for increasing speed, reverse rotation is for decreasing speed.
Idle speed is 600~800 rpm, lower in weather, higher in cold weather. No load is generally 1538~1545 rpm (51.3~51.5Hz), and rated load is 1500 rpm (50.0Hz).
Speed regulating potentiometer: reverse rotation is small (hard), forward rotation is large (soft). Generally at 0-1.5 grid.
Single machine 0~1.0 division, parallel machine 1.0~1.5 division, small machine can be harder, big machine should be softer.
Gain potentiometer: the forward rotation response is fast, and the reverse rotation stability is good. Generally, it is at 60-70. If the unit vibrates during use, it should be counter-rotated. If the reaction is too slow during the loading/unloading process, it should be counter-rotated.
Example: It is generally required that the rate of adjustment is set to 0~2.5%, and the adjustment steps are as follows:
. The preset "speed control" is at 1.0 grid. (The high-power unit is at the 1.2 grid)
. Drive, preheat at idle speed for 3 minutes, adjust "run" to 1538~1545 rpm
. Plus the rated load,
At this time, if it is lower than 1538 rpm, the "speed control" will be reversed by about 2 squares, and if it is higher than 1545 rpm, the "speed control" will be rotated by half a square.
. Disconnect the load and see no load, adjust the "fine adjustment" to 1500±5 rpm
. Repeat items and for 2-3 times to achieve a speed regulation of 2.5-3%.
3. Use in parallel:
It is required that the unit of the parallel car set the speed regulation to about 3%, that is, the "speed regulation potentiometer" is at 1.0-1.2 grids.
Each unit was driven as a stand-alone machine, and the empty vehicle was combined after being warmed up for 3 minutes.
During heavy load: adjust the "speed regulating potentiometer", light car spins a little, or heavy car spins a little, repeat this 2-3 times until the deviation of the power distribution rate of the second unit within the range of 50~80% does not exceed 10%.
Under light load: adjust the "fine-tuning potentiometer", light car spins a little bit, or heavy car spins a little, the deviation of the power distribution rate within the range of 20-50% does not exceed 10%.
Repeat this 2-3 times until the power difference between heavy load and light load is within 10%.
We can pre-adjust the control board for supply according to whether the user's actuator is normally open or normally closed and the power of the unit. The requirement is for stand-alone or parallel use. The control panel can be pre-adjusted and supplied. The user can install this unit to drive smoothly, and just fine-tune it. Can run well.
