Alemite 9979-A pneumatic RAM stationary pump consists of an air-operated motor which connects directly to a double-acting reciprocating pump tube, cover assembly (338163), and follower plate (338911). The pump tube on this high-pressure pump (50:1 ratio) features a dynamic primer that enables the delivery of a range of greases. The delivery rate is 4.5 pounds per minute. Model 9979 mounts directly to an original 400-pound container with the use of a cover which utilizes a 2" NPTF bung adapter and which bolts direclty to the body of the pump. The follower plate included with the pump is designed with a flexible edge that allows operation in tapered containers. This pump features a 1/4" NPTF (f) air inlet and a 3/8" NPTF (f) material outlet. The pump assembly weighs 49 lbs. Alemite Stationary RAM Pumps deliver fast, quiet and efficient operation.
