Product Usage
Single Flaring:
1. Cut the brake line to the desired length with a cutter, secure it and turn it more than a few times, then break it off
2. Select the appropriate diameter hole on the 5-hole flare bar and turn the flare bar side handle to secure the brake line
3. Use the flaring tool, snap in the flaring rod, note that the line needs to be perpendicular to the flaring rod, align the flaring tool with the tubing opening, and turn the top handle to flare
Double Flaring:
1. Cut the brake line to the desired length with a cutter, secure it and turn it more than a few times, then break it off
2. Select the appropriate diameter hole on the 5-hole flare rod, turn the flare rod side handle to fix the brake line, note that the excess length needs to be about the same as the thickness of the adapter
3. Place the adapter into the tube opening, snap the flaring tool into the flaring bar, align the adapter opening vertically, and rotate the top handle to flare
4. Repeat the single-direction flaring procedure, and finally complete the double-direction flaring
