Description

Automotive spray lamps are easy to use and accelerate the drying of putty or paint, improving work efficiency. All lamps are made of quartz. Short wave infrared painting lamps. Unlike medium and long wave infrared (far infrared), short wave infrared penetrates directly into the paint layer, rapidly raising the temperature of the paint base (the body) and generating self-heating. The water (or solvent) in the coating evaporates quickly from the inside out. When the chemical composition of the paint is uniform, its chemical bonds resonate, increasing the amplitude of the polymerization genes. This vibration frequency increases the probability of cross-linking and polymerization, accelerating the curing of the paint. As a result, the paint surface is bright and smooth, improving image clarity, and the coating has strong adhesion, reducing the "orange peel" effect and "watering down", thus avoiding the need for rework, saving costs and improving efficiency.
