Made of FDA-Listed Materials for Use with Food and Beverage, 21 CFR 177.2600 / FDA Compliant, 3A 18-03 Class 1 (Sanitary Standard). Advantages of Silicone Rubber: 450F Use Temperature, Makes a Great Non-Stick Surface, Resists Oil, Acids, Animal Fats, Vinegar, Acetone, Amonium Hydroxide, and Natural Gas.
