Wiring Notes:
1. The 485 communication line should use shielded twisted pair, preferably several spare wires, the longest does not exceed 2500 meters.
3. The 485 bus should be a hand-held bus structure and resolutely eliminate the star connection and branch connection.
4. If more than 30 controllers or the cable length is more than 500 meters, it is recommended to use a 485 repeater.
5. AC powered equipment and chassis must be grounded and well grounded.
6. Connect the GND ground of all 485 devices with shielded cables.
Requirements for selecting cables using the bus for communication:

Common ground signal:
1. All devices on the same network segment must have a unified signal ground to avoid common mode interference.
2. For a centralized power supply, directly connect the DC negatives of all power supplies on the same network segment (including self-contained power supplies of communication equipment) to form a common signal ground.
At this time, the signal ground is the DC power ground.
3. When a single house supplies power, connect the ground pins (black wire) of all bus devices on the same network segment to form a common signal ground.
