The narrow profile of the HalfDome2 is great as a hairlight for group portraits or getting sleek, elongated catch lights in product photography. It's also a space saver when shooting in tight spaces. Easy to shoot over when used as a foreground light.
The HalfDome2 is available in two versions; silver and white. Silver can be used with hot or strobe lights. White is designed for strobe exclusively. The slim profile of the HalfDome2 produces the narrow band of light useful in product photography. It also makes a great hairlight for group portraits. The inner baffle eliminates hot spots and is removable to accommodate lighting from very soft to high-contrast. Aluminum-tipped steel support rods offer strength and durability. Extensive Quality Control process ensures a perfect product. Softboxes come with their own Carry Bag for easy transport and storage.
