Wolf Tooth Front Axle Wolf Tooth Axle features a captive steel washer on the head to reduce friction on the fork legs. This protects your expensive forks, the tightening torque is transmitted to more clamping forces, providing a rigid interface. It also prevents sticking and seizing when removing axles. It is also a great replacement for lost or damaged factory axles. Please apply a small amount of grease on the washer and screw parts when installing.
