This Golf Club Shaft Puller Tool is a practical and efficient solution for removing clubheads from steel or graphite shafts. Whether you're a professional clubmaker or a DIY enthusiast, this machine helps you customize and repair clubs safely at home or in the workshop.
Built from durable aluminum alloy with CNC precision, it features a rubber shaft clamp that won't damage your club, and two spiral levers—one to secure the shaft, and one to push off the head.
🔧 How to Install & Use:
1. Mount the Tool: Drill 4 holes in your workbench and secure the Golf Clubhead Removal Machine using the included screws to ensure stability.
2. Choose Shaft Slot Size: Select the appropriate slot on the fixed plate according to your golf club shaft diameter. (Available sizes from left to right: 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm)
3. Clamp the Shaft: Use the equipped wrench to rotate the upper spiral lever so the rubber shaft clamp firmly grips the golf club shaft.
(The rubber clamp prevents damage and fits shafts of different diameters.)
4. Heat the Clubhead: Use a heat gun to warm the clubhead connection area until the adhesive softens.
Tip: Heating time depends on your heat gun's power—avoid overheating or touching the heated area.
5. Remove the Clubhead: Once heated, use the equipped wrench to rotate the left spiral lever slowly to separate the clubhead from the shaft.
This compact, easy-to-use tool is suitable for both home users and golf repair shops, and makes an excellent gift for golf enthusiasts who love to tinker with their equipment.
