The 4-1/2" Grip Head mounts to a junior stand and features a 1-1/8" receiver along with a rotating disc that holds accessories with a 5/8" or 3/8" mounting stud. A large ergonomic handle allows users to firmly secure accessories mounted in the rotating disc. The grip head comes with a junior to baby pin adapter.
