Working principle:
The dispersing disc is an accessory for the high-speed disperser and is connected to the spindle of high-speed disperser.
When the main shaft of the dispersing machine is running at high speed, the upper and lower parts of the dispersing disc will rotate, and a turbulent area will be formed at the edge of 2.5-5mm.
The upper and lower serrations of the dispersing disc perform high-speed shearing, impact, crushing, and dispersion of materials such as coating, paint, dry powder, solid-liquid, etc., so as to achieve a state of rapid mixing, dissolution, dispersion and refinement.
