The Winco ALRK-20 aluminum sheet pan / bun rack offers storage of up to 20 full-size (18” x 26”) or 40 half-size (18” x 13”) sheet pans in one convenient location. This sheet pan rack is made from heavy-duty aluminum and can hold up to 650 pounds making it ideal for daily use in even the most demanding restaurant kitchens and bakeries. Each tier is spaced 3” apart allowing this rack to be used for a variety of foods. The (4) 5” casters allow the rack to be easily transported and maneuvered for easy relocated to different workstations. The sheet pan rack ships knocked down and is easy to assemble.
