Shungite paste is made from shungite powder. To do this, shungite powder is thoroughly mixed with water to a creamy consistency. Prepared shungite paste is applied to body surface with an even thin (0.5-1 mm) layer. Polyethylene is applied on the paste and a warm soft cloth on top. Duration of shungite paste exposure is from 30 minutes to 1.5-2 hours. It should be washed off with warm water or a cotton swab soaked in olive or other vegetable oil. For external use only.
