Drawn cup needle roller bearings BK series
Drawn cup needle roller bearings with a deep-drawn thin-walled outer ring. Drawn cup needle roller bearings are commonly used in applications where the bearing housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for needle and cage combinations, but require a compact and economical bearing arrangement. Since no shaft shoulder or retaining ring is needed to axially position the bearing, this makes the design of the bearing housing hole economical and simple.
Outer ring: The cold-rolled sheet is stamped and undergoes a special polishing process to make the raceway surface resistance lower and smoother.
Model: single-side closed type, such as 20 26 20 is the abbreviation of inner diameter and outer diameter height, respectively, BK2020.
Needle: Needle made of bearing steel, bearing steel has strong hardness, large bearing capacity and good abrasion resistance; it reduces friction coefficient and increases bearing speed.
Cage: 1. Plastic (reinforced nylon) (mini-use). 2. Cold-rolled sheet 3. Black (blackened) 4. White (phosphated)
