HGM400N series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent and networked technologies for single generator set automation and monitoring system, realizing automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and other functions of generator sets. The controller adopts graphic liquid crystal () display, Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, French six languages optional interface operation, simple operation, reliable operation.
HGM400N series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology, realizing the precision measurement of various parameters, fixed value adjustment, as well as , threshold setting, etc. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or adjusted and monitored by using a PC through the USB interface. With its compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, it can be widely used in various types of genset automation systems.
Performance Characteristics
HGM400N series has two models:
HGM410N: Used for stand-alone automation to control the automatic startup and shutdown of the genset through the remote startup signal;
HGM420N: utility power monitoring and utility/generation automatic switching control function (AMF) are added on the basis of HGM410N, which is especially suitable for single machine automation system formed by one utility and one organization.
Its main features are as follows:
Liquid crystal display is 132x64 with backlight, six languages (Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, French) display, light touch button operation;
Screen protection using hard-screen acrylic material, wear and scratch resistance performance;
Adopt silicone panel and keys, adapt to the environment of high and low temperature ability;
Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50Hz/60Hz system;
Collects and displays utility/generation three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, and power parameters;
