Pointed head punching dies for the 1-9 mm thickness materials. The dimensions specified in the title refer to the diameter of the drilled hole.
1,5 mm (≈1/17 inch = 0.059”) : Used for general purpose punching of 1.5 mm diameter holes.
2,5 mm (≈3/32 inch 0.098”) : Used for punching holes for 15 mm and 12,5 mm snap buttons.
3,5 mm (≈9/64 inch = 0.138"): Used for punching holes for 1.7 no eyelet-grommet
4,5 mm (≈11/64 inch = 0.177") : Used for punching holes for 2 no eyelet-grommet
5 mm (≈13/64 inch = 0.197") : Used for punching holes for 3 no eyelet-grommet
6 mm (≈15/64 inch = 0.236") : Used for punching holes for 4 no eyelet-grommet
7 mm (≈9/32 inch = 0.276") : Used for punching holes for 5 no eyelet-grommet
10 mm (≈25/64 inch =0.394") : Used for punching holes for 24 no eyelet-grommet
For really stretchy stuff: The hole you make should be about 3 to 4 millimeters smaller than the inside of the eyelet.
For stuff that stretches a little: Make the hole about 0.5 to 1 millimeter smaller than the eyelet's inside.
For stuff that doesn't stretch at all: The hole should be the exact same size as the inside of the eyelet.
Die specifications: Dies top screw thread size of 6.3 mm (1/4 inch), bottom die slot diameter size of 11.9 mm (1/2 inch) and are compatible with our hand press machine. If you have a different hand press, please check your hand press measurements to ensure they match the requirements of your machine.
