Welcome to a world of bite-sized mysteries and Mini Crimes!
This series of cooperative investigative puzzles will tease one's powers of observation and deduction as players carefully examine a crime scene and up to 10 pieces of evidence. These pocket-sized experiences are great whether playing alone or with a group and can be completed in 20-40 minutes.
Each Mini Crime case includes 1 Crime Scene image card plus 10 Clue cards. After scanning a QR code that leads to a full explanation of the case, players will score for their investigative efficiency and the accuracy of their results.
Berlin, Germany: the eve of the World Chess Championship. Vassili Golubev and Marco Maccarone are scheduled to compete in tomorrow's semifinal match. The semifinal winner will face off against Ivan Volkov, the current world champion.
That evening, the hotel called the police to report that Marco Maccarone was found dead by Vassili Golubev, who declared: “At 10:30pm, I went to Marco's hotel room to wish him good luck. I knocked several times and waited, but he never opened the door.” Based on Golubev's concerns, the hotel staff opened Marco's room, finding him dead in his bathtub.
