LAM-IT-ALL low melt laminating roll film on 1" core, 12" x 250' x 3.0 mil with semi-gloss satin finish represents professional quality lamination for all thermal roll laminators including heat shoe and heated roller types which utilize 1-inch core feed mandrels. Satin adds contrast which enhances black and white photos, images and dark ink on light color paper while dramatically reducing glare, yet keeping colors true. Protect and enhance your prints and posters like the professionals do, with low melt laminating film.
Low melt polyester laminate is used primarily for encapsulation and provides excellent adhesion and clarity on coated and glossy papers as well as those with heavy ink coverage. This roll laminate has a special copolymer adhesive which allows the lamination film to seal at a lower temperature than most films. Lower temperature allows the film to bond faster, which means faster production and increased efficiency. Bonding temperature reported at 220 to 250 F.
TIP: The actual temperature required for ANY laminating film varies by laminator type (heated roller vs heat shoe), laminating speed, ambient temperature, type of paper and even the color(s) of the print being laminated.
Overall diameter is approximately 3.6" inches and fits most roll laminating machines using 1" diameter feed roll mandrels.
