When installing chicken doors, do not tighten the screws, as they may cause too much friction between the door and the wall, causing the door to appear to be unable to open and close normally, the motor loses its function, makes noise, and the track is twisted, so please test the screw tightness is appropriate before use.
2. The chicken door is an automatic light-sensitive switch. The time cannot be set to open and close the chicken door. If there is cloudy and insufficient light, the chicken door will be closed, rather than a sensor problem. Please select the appropriate location to install it.
3. The chicken door is mainly made of plastic, which may not be as hard as the metal you imagine. Please be aware before purchasing.
4. If there are other problems with the installation after purchase, please avoid returning the product and complaining about the platform, but provide defective videos to our customer service so that we can solve this problem. This may be a minor problem.
