This plate has been made by hand in Kutahya where the ceramic capital of Turkey.

We have a little studio and we have been working on ceramic for 25 years with my wife in Kutahya.

The plate had been made with jigger machine and my wife decorated it, then I glazed and fired the plate. We have been using "lead-free" ceramic glaze and firing at 1050°C. It has no harm for human health because of that.

You can see the unique harmony of blue and white on this plate.
