Do not leave the eyepiece with your eyes. Gently move the slide with both hands until the specimen is in the middle of the lens. 2). The only reason why the sample is in the middle of the lens is not clear. The only reason is that the adjustment of the fine- tuning knob is too fast. It should be fine- tuned slowly until the adjustment is clear.
1200 times invisible or not clear
1) Focusing problem. At 1, 200 times, focusing is very difficult, a few millimeters. Please note that it is a few millimeters that can cause great changes in sharpness. It requires very delicate techniques to make adjustments. This is indeed very difficult. 2) Light problems. It needs to be observed under good light, all the light holes open, and the light should be sufficient so as to obtain a clear observation effect.
