National Artcraft's scrubbing file has a firm but flexible center. One side has a medium surface for smoothing rough areas and the other has a fine grit for more delicate work. It is flexible, capable of bending 180° but it will retain its original shape when released. The file can be washed, dried and reused or used wet. It measures 5-3/4" x 1/2" x 9/16" thick.
